Accounts Receivable Agent - Clonakilty - Co. Cork

The role: Accounts Receivable Agent

Requirements:

You will be experienced in accounts receivable working with tight deadlines. You have strong analytical skills and strong customer skills.

Responsibilities:

- Payment postings and allocations to customer accounts.
- Processing Direct Debit Mandate's and associated paperwork.
- Distribution of weekly invoice pack.
- To manage and control the releasing or orders to specific guidelines.
- Liaising with client and Customers.
- Training new & existing staff

Required Qualifications:

- Previous Accounts Receivable experience desirable
- Strong Excel skills
- SAP system experience would be a plus but not critical
- Good communication skills.

Hours: 37 hrs per week - From 9 AM to 5 PM.
Location: Clonakilty - Co. Cork
