Do we have the role for you…?
Manpower are currently recruiting for both Full and Part time customer service advisors based in Horwich (BL6), As an appointment setter you will be speaking to existing customers, (NO COLD CALLING) booking appointments for engineers to fit smart meters into the customers' homes saving them money, Managing and Rearranging appointments, building that fantastic relationship up with the customer!
We are currently recruiting for several roles due to expansion; Working 40 hours a week between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday 9am-5am working on a rota basis
Part time hours are 9am-1pm or 4-8pm at 20 hours per week
In return you will receive a GREAT salary of £18270k per annum + Commission
PRO ROTA for PT
Bus service provided for non-drivers
Local parking available
Full training will be provided on-site however If you do have a knowledge of smart meters this would be advantageous.
Ideal candidates will also have experience working within a KPI or targeted
environment or a contact centre environment
