French Speaking Customer Care Professional

Short term project - ideal for students / candidates who can work through the summer to around October!

This role involves the analysis of stored documents. Tasks will include:-

• Identifying documents and researching history of accounts related to the documentation by using Services Establishments systems and digital image repository, as well as microfilm system and record log book
• Recording findings accurately on to an Excel spread sheet
• Collating work into categories
• Preparing documents for digital scanning
• Scanning paper documents into digital format
• Quality checking digital images
• Sending paper documentation into long term storage and keeping accurate records of the stored documents
• Destruction of paper documentation that are passed legal requirements
