We have an excellent opportunity for customer focused individuals to work with a prestigious company based in Crewe. As a Service Desk Representative you will be responsible for speaking with customers who are experiencing a variety of IT issues such as password and connectivity problems. You will deliver excellent customer service and ensure resolution of IT issues using a web based system. Working in a fast paced environment, you will be required to meet service delivery targets and deadlines. This will involve comfortably following resolution scripts, as well as following processes to log incidents. This is a 24 /7 operation and you will be required to work shifts patterns covering 40 hours per week. Shifts will be between 7am - 7pm, working an 8 hour day. Additional shift allowance is paid outside core hours (before 8am and after 6pm and is payable for the whole shift) and for any weekend working.


Preferably you will have experience of working in a customer service advisor role; and familiarity with working within a contact centre environment would be great, but this is not essential!


You will be rewarded with an excellent starting salary of £17,076.80.

Along with a generous annual leave entitlement of 33 days per year (pro rata & inclusive of Bank holidays) our client offers free on-site parking!

Annual bonuses are also awarded.

Due to the nature of the working environment security checks will be carried out prior to final offer. This will include a check for current bankruptcy notices, County Court Judgements (CCJ's) and Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVA's) and a criminal record check for unspent convictions.
