We are seeking a seasoned Content Manager to work within the West London HO of a HOT very well-known leading on trend fashion brand!!

A digital savvy, obsessed with social media, you are creative, fiercely commercial and ambitious? Your mission is to help raise brand profile globally with engaging, aspirational, pioneering content.

You will have responsibility for planning and delivering the marketing campaign calendar and working closely with Brand, Web and Digital teams to produce seasonal & brand assets including photography, video, copy and content.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how to engage customers through mobile marketing. You are super creative and think digital first, but are also a natural project manager who loves to maintain processes. You will lead by example and inspire teams to push boundaries with creative and voice, whilst always staying true to brand.

This role reports into the Brand & Marketing Manager with 3 Direct reports Social Media Manager, Copywriter and Content Executive.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning of brand campaigns and content execution to maximise ROI whilst maintaining a consistent brand image and messaging
  • Develop and maintain a cross functional project calendar and ensuring that this is executed in collaboration with the wider business
  • Ensure our product strategy is supported through engaging messages and storytelling
  • Lead preview meetings, including; structure, content and approval process with all Areas of the Marketing team and executive stakeholders
  • Overseeing all projects set from end to end to ensure that the messaging is maintained and executed accordingly
  • Partner with web & digital to lead and elevate the digital content strategy to enhance the omni channel experience and online Brand presence. Be the key leader in bringing relevant areas of the business to drive this strategy.
  • Careful execution of content creation strategy
  • Ownership of all customer communication and content whether online or offline
  • Work closely with Brand & Marketing Manager to create, direct and deliver campaign shoots and manage the delivery of the assets to all areas of the company.
  • Overall responsibility for social content strategy in all platforms.
  • Responsible for brand guidelines and all internal brand collateral across store design and visual merchandising.
  • Ownership of the development and productivity of their team.

Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum of 5+ years' of previous experience as a Content Manager, within fashion retail or consumer brands, ideally
  • Born leader and a natural at managing and juggling priorities.
  • Appreciation for the fast-paced nature of retail
  • Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Familiarity with social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • BSc degree in Journalism, Marketing or relevant field
