PR & Influencer Manager
Reporting into the Brand and Marketing Manager we have an exciting opportunity for a PR & Influencer Manager to work within the West London HO of a HOT very well-known leading on trend fashion brand!!
You will be an expert in communications, passionate about PR and obsessed with the world of influencer marketing.
Objectives and responsibilities:
PR
- Develop a PR strategy that will deliver an elevated brand awareness across all media, including, but not limited to, print, online, and social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand message is communicated across all consumer touch points
- Act as Brand Ambassador and key spokesperson for the Brand
- Working closely with Brand & Marketing Manager and Design team to build and manage PR Communications plan to ensure all key brand and seasonal messages, are seeded to press, within relevant lead times
- Manage and nurture effective working relationships with external PR & VIP agencies
- Work collaboratively with PR Agencies to curate brand pitches to seed to target media for brand and founder feature and interview opportunities
- Oversee the creation and distribution of seasonal press kits including look books, relevant imagery, informative and engaging press releases and alerts, to land quality press coverage throughout the year
- Lead and manage all Press days & PR events, from concept and proposal, through to planning, execution and evaluation
- Monitor, analyse, and report monthly on PR results
- Propose relevant award opportunities, create yearly calendar and provide support on entry documentation
PR & Influencer
- Build strategic VIP plan, delivered through VIP agencies, to build relationships with agreed target Celebrities and Influencers,
- Maintain a keen awareness and understanding of competitor activity and industry trends
- Evaluate and propose opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising
- Build Gifting plan across Press, VIP & Influencer's in line with Marketing and PR Strategy and Product launch plans, monitoring budget and tracking any coverage across social and press, impact on sales
- Manage PR & Influencer Executive
Influencer
- Lead Influencer Campaigns from ideation and pitching to campaign execution
- Drive influencer relations and engagement alongside Brand and Marketing Manager
- Manage contractual negotiations with talent and managers/agencies
- Proactively pitch new ideas to the engage with influencers - ensuring concepts are aligned with overall business/PR objectives and strategy
- Work cross-functionally with Content Manager to support extensive influencer activity across paid social, website and affiliates to deliver seamless customer journey across all platforms
- Manage influencer budgets for all respective influencer campaigns reconciling monthly budget vs spend & ROI
- Track and analyse all outreach performance, content, conversion rates to estimate ROI and advise on best strategies and identifying opportunities for greater success
