HR Administrator

Location - Uxbridge

Job Purpose:

To ensure that operations staff are fully supported through timely, effective employee administration.

Dimensions:

  • This role ensures the necessary employee administration is undertaken to support the employee throughout their employment at Manpower.
  • This role works closely with the HR team and business to support its key activities from an administrative perspective
  • Identifies and develops appropriate processes to help streamline systems and enhance reliability

Superior

  • Meets regularly with Team Leader to review progress against objectives and future requirements.
  • This role builds effective, professional relationships with HR team and relevant operational support management and employees

Other:

  • Works closely with HRBP colleagues to ensure employee administration meets operational requirements, is of high quality and timely.
  • Ensures that prospective and new employees receive prompt, accurate employee documentation and presents a professional welcome offer pack to Manpower

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Ensures that HR activity admin deadlines are met in line with operational requirements.
  • Maintains the administration data and ensures its professional presentation at all times.
  • Identifies common issues regarding employee administration and seeks ways to refine, simplify and reduce costs through effective administration activity.
  • Ensures that all employee data is accurate and its administration complies with the Data Protection Act.
  • Maintains a current and complete knowledge of HR administrative procedures in line with Company guidelines.
  • To undertake other related activities as required.
