Temporary Customer Service Advisor (12-month contract/possible perm)

- Location: Northampton, Moulton Park
- Full time hours - Various shift patterns - Monday to Sunday between 8am-8pm - 9-5pm on Saturday/Sunday
- Contract: Temp to Perm
- Pay rate: £9.00 per hour
Our client, Nationwide, is the world's largest building society as well as one of the UK's largest savings providers and a top-three provider of mortgages in the UK.
On behalf of Nationwide, AMS are looking for a Customer Service Advisor for a 12 month contract based in Northampton. But if things go well, it could become a permanent role.

What you'll be doing
Handling a range of inbound calls, you'll play a pivotal role when it comes to supporting Nationwide's members. But, you'll do more than just communicate; you'll advise, dipping into your empathy, and ability to help members get the right outcome for them.

The role of a Customer Service Advisor is integral to Nationwide's business, therefore we are looking for candidates who are immediately available and are able to start in assignment quickly.
Unfortunately no holidays can be taken within the first 5 weeks of starting in assignment due to essential training that cannot be missed. Shifts are between 8am - 6pm Monday to Sunday across a 35 hour week. A weekend shift would be a Saturday or Sunday and is rotated on a weekly basis.
