One of Ireland's top Insurance Companies now has a position for a Digital Performance Specialist.

This is a full time, permanent role, based in Dublin City Centre. Salary is circa €45K- 50K plus benefits.

Overall objective is to ensure the company remains digitally focused, through continuous achievement of sales and migration targets. Be an expert at uncovering and solving online issues and monitoring and analysing our customer behaviour.

Digital Performance Specialist role overview:

Be the expert at uncovering and solving online issues, demonstrating strong business analysis skills to develop clear actions to address
Monitor and analyse online customer behaviour and, delivering weekly/monthly reports on analysis
Define the A/B testing strategy to validate decisions and continuously learn
Drive PPC performance and ensuring we are always optimising
Generating and utilising customer feedback online and through user groups
Bring a commercial mindset to the Digital team with focus on delivering great results
Ensuring focus on delivery of results to achieve key Digital KPIs.
Uncovering and solving online issues in order to improve the customer journey.
Daily and monthly reporting on online performance to key stakeholders.
Maximise return on marketing spend, through monitoring of current spend levels and continuously seeking opportunities to improve.
Generating and utilizing customer feedback online and through user groups.
Implement A/B test strategy to verify decisions and ensure optimization of our web channel.
Your Experience:

Experience as both a Business Analyst and Project Manager
Qualification in Digital Marketing / business disciplines an advantage.
3-5 years' experience in a related digital environment, with a focus on on-site performance.
Highly analytical and data focused.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a particular focus on reporting skills.
Understanding of cost / benefit prioritisation
A/B and MVT testing best practice
Experience delivering optimal PPC spend
Strong business analysis skills
Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools required.
Advanced Excel skills, advantageous
