Manpower are currently on the look out for a Customer Service Leader to join one of our clients based in Bolton.

We are looking for an individual with a focus to succeed and drive results, someone who can offer great enthusiasm and who welcomes and adapts to business change in a positive manner.

You will need to have previous experience in managing a team of 10-15 and SLA's

Operational knowledge of domestic/smart metering not essential

Excellent IT skills and knowledge of multiple operating platforms

Monday - Friday

8:30-16:30 or 9:00-17:00

37.5 hours a week

25 days holiday

£22000K PA
