Telesales Advisors

Manpower are currently recruiting for Telesales Advisors for their client based in Derby. This is a full time, permanent position starting immediately. Working hours are 12PM - 8PM, Monday - Thursday and 11AM - 7PM on Fridays. The successful candidate will also be required to work the 2nd Saturday of every month, 10AM - 12:30PM.

Our client has over 15 years' experience in the mortgage and insurance industry and throughout this time have been providing customers with the best mortgage advice available. They are now seeking passionate and driven individuals who want a rewarding sales career to join their mortgage team in Derby.

This is an outbound B2C role working in the call centre booking mortgage appointments. The main purpose of the role is to make outbound calls to customers and provide them with advice on how they can save on their mortgage. This is a target-driven role where you will be targeted on how many appointments you make.

We are looking for professional, positive individuals with a motivated attitude towards achieving and excelling targets. This is a sales roles however prior sales knowledge is not a necessity as full training will be provided.

Essential Skills:

The successful candidate will be paid a basic salary of £18k with a realistic On-Target Earning of £25k - £30k.
