Class 2 HGV Drivers in Aylesford

At Manpower we currently have vacancies for Class 2 (Category C) HGV drivers to join our team to support our busy client in the removals and storage industry in Aylesford, Kent, with their driver requirements. We welcome Newly Qualified Drivers to apply for these roles, as our client is invested in supporting drivers who are committed to working in their industry to gain experience working with them.

The role involves working as part of a team to complete both commercial and private removals, starting at 07:30 with finish times varying dependant on the job that day. Alongside driving, your duties will include loading & unloading the vehicle, packing up items, and as a customer facing role it will also involve elements of customer service.

Although classed as temporary, our client has steady requirements throughout the year, so the work is there for those who are willing. However, the work available is flexible so we can also work around any availability and preferences you may have. The ideal candidate should hold a valid Category C (Class 2) HGV UK driving licence, along with a valid Tacho Card and Drivers CPC card. As previously stated, experience working as a commercial driver is not an essential requirement for this role, and we welcome new drivers to apply.
