An Assistant Scientist with a Degree in Science required to support the R&D functions within AkzoNobel's Decorative Paint Business Area in Slough.

As an Assistant Scientist you will plan, carry out, report and interpret experimental paint work in order to obtain data required for the achievement of the technical objectives of the of the LTS MU team.
Additionally you will record all results clearly and accurately, analyse and interpret data and communicate key results and conclusions. You will plans and organize work on a weekly and fortnightly basis, following discussion with manager.
To be suitable for the role you will have good practical and laboratory skills, hold good communication skills and be eager to learn. Science Degree - minimum 2.1, preferably in Chemistry is essential.
