Employee Relations Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client is a Leading Global FMCG Company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum and are currently looking for an Employee Relations Specialist. This can be based at one of their prestigious facility's in either Blackfriars, Leatherhead or Kingston-Upon-Thames. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 9-12 months, working a 36.25-hour week and to start ASAP. This role is paying up to £45,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

We are looking to bring in a ER Specialist as soon as possible, to support the People Experience Managers with the day to day Employee Relations activities within the team. Reporting into the People Experience Manager, the ideal role profile of this person is as follows:

• Strong experience in a similar ER / IR role
• Experience end-to-end employee relations case management including very sensitive and complex issues
• Deep and up-to date knowledge of Employment Law
• Provide daily / operational guidance and advice to People Experience Leads on all employee relations cases
• Drafting scripts, letters, reports, cases analysis and investigation planning
• Reviewing documents written by the PEL - letters, investigation reports etc
• Operational management of complex cases, including conducting investigations
• Coaching People Experience Leads on best practice/better case management
• Identify and manage legal, financial and reputational risk

• Location: This role can be based at either Kingston; Blackfriars or Leatherhead, with occasional travel to sites up North.
