Advertising Telephone Sales
Role responsibilities:
- Achieve all pre-set targets and KPI's
- Maximise all selling opportunities through questioning skills, ascertaining and developing customer needs and key issues
- Develop solutions for customers
- Lead generation and cold call canvassing when required
- Provide a professional and efficient service to all customers
- Adhere to copy and advertising deadlines
- Database Management
- Query handling & general administration
- Other responsibilities as determined by management
Experience and qualifications:
- At least 2 GCSE's to be in English language and Maths or equivalent
- At least 12 months telephone sales experience, preferably in an advertising environment
- RSA Stage 2 or equivalent
- Experience of achieving targets and working to deadlines
- Proven customer service experience
- Strong PC skills, including use of Microsoft Office.
