The University of Leeds have a requirement for a Study Support Service Helpdesk Assistant to join their team for a period of one month. The main duties and responsibilities are listed below:

  • Day to day management of Helpdesk function
  • Use of software to support responses to customer enquiries
  • Customer service and communication with a range of people across Network, NHS and academic institutions
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Interpreting and resolving complex queries
  • Arranging and managing cover arrangements / additional resource during busy times
  • Ad hoc admin tasks, such as meeting admin and collation of materials, communications and papers

This is working for a period of one month beginning on the 20th of May.
