Commercial Vehicle Technician

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a busy workshop team, working across mostly Vans and commercial fleet vehicles.

You will preferably have franchise workshop experience; however, experience from a private garage background is welcome.

Using the very latest diagnostic tools, you will carry out vehicle inspections, service, repair and test some of the most advanced cars on the road.

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficient mechanical and electrical maintenance to vehicles; using a methodical and can do approach to your workload. You will also liaise with your line manager on progress of work carried out, ensuring vehicle repair is complete to an excellent standard for customers and within timescales.

What we are looking for:

• Level 3 qualification in vehicle maintenance/repair or similar
• Experience as a Vehicle Technician within a workshop environment, preferably within a dealership but this is not essential
• A team player with the ability to communicate and work alongside colleagues and internal departments professionally
• A full valid driving licence
