Maintenance/Caretaker

My client based in Leicester are currently recruiting for a maintenance/care taker position starting ASAP

40 hours per week with various shift patterns morning, afternoon and evening shift the pay rate is £8.85 per hour

Some of the key traits and responsibilities are:

• Developing and maintaining a good relationship with external and internal customers
• Great communication skills
• Carrying out audits
• Health & saftey
• Litter picking and general maintenance
• Work within a team and individually
