Temporary Customer Service Advisor - Northampton (12-month contract/possible perm)
- Customer Service Advisor
- Full time hours - Various shift patterns - Monday to Sunday between 8am-8pm - 9-5pm on Saturday/Sunday
- Pay rate: £9.00 per hour

What you'll be doing
Handling a range of inbound calls, you'll play a pivotal role when it comes to supporting Nationwide's members. But, you'll do more than just communicate; you'll advise, dipping into your empathy, and ability to help members get the right outcome for them.
Unfortunately no holidays can be taken within the first 5 weeks of starting in assignment due to essential training that cannot be missed
