An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Leading Global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum are currently looking for a Brand & Community Assistant Manager based at their prestigious facility in Blackfriars. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 6 months, working a 36.25-hour week. This role is paying up to £38,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.

The role ...

Brand: You'll have ownership over the day to day running of homey's online presence. Your role will be dynamic, but an open and creative mindset will get you far.

Concrete deliverables:

  • Create an Omni channel strategy and corresponding digital assets. Managing agency relationships to improve ways of working for efficient delivery.
  • Create, rollout and ensure wearehomey.com is continuously optimised
  • Lead Search, Content and Connect strategy and implementation
  • Build and maintain key relationship with Brand Digital team, IT team and marketing teams
  • Manage and Forecast the Team's budget and spending

Community: You'll build our brand community our most active and vocal consumers which is central to homey's DNA. With an active Facebook community, you'll have the opportunity to help shape the future of homey, whilst helping to grow the brand.

Skills & Experience

  • Background: Ideally have 2 to 5 year's experience in a high-performance culture (e.g. a VC backed start up, an agency or a dynamic online business, or a high growth or corporate). An undergraduate or masters from a Top Tier institution with some brand experience and now looking for an environment to develop and have a meaningful impact.
  • Experience of different business models: KPI's & drivers of publishers, e-commerce (Shopify), marketing, etc.
  • Problem-solving: we like smart people, analytical do-ers;
  • Leading: small motivated teams navigating complex tasks;
  • Numbers: an appreciation that good decisions are based on data;
  • Marketing: complete understanding with online terminology, analytics & the basics of technology.
