Plant Operative Day Shift

Manpower is working in partnership with Calor Gas and looking for Plant Operatives to join an expanding team. This is a key role to the operation of our client's business.

We are seeking to recruit Production Operatives to perform key production tasks within the cylinder filling plant. The focus of the roles is driving high performance through teamwork, fostering a culture of problem solving and continuous improvement, as well as ensuring the safe and efficient operations of the plant.

Day Shift is 7.00am - 4.00pm

Pay £8.75 per hour

Mon - Fri with overtime available at time & half

Main Duties include

Loading and unloading cylinders

Filling cylinders

Very physical role and does require lifiting [involves filling various sized gas bottles up to 47kg]

Re-valving and liquid emptying

Scrapping bottles

Jet Washing

Driver required due to location

Secure parking, subsidised canteen
