An exciting opportunity has arisen for an On-Site Recruitment Contract Manager to join the global Recruitment Agency Manpower. The role will be based on site at our prestigious client, in Reading, RG2 0FL. This is a temporary role for 12 months with strong possibility of going permanent. The position is Monday-Friday working 37.5 hours per week paying between £28-32K plus bonuses.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking the next step in their career and would be ideally be suited to those who are currently working in a client relationship role, either at senior consultant or manager with experience of working within the Driving/Logistics environment.
Accountabilities and responsibilities:
- Develop an exceptional relationship with senior stakeholders within the client.
- Deliver a professional service to the clients and ensure trust and respect is built and maintained.
- Develop an understanding of the client business and anticipate challenges and offer continuous improvement options to overcome them.
- Partner with our client's internal teams to support and fulfil interim vacancies within agreed timescales for both blue collar roles.
- Allocation of shifts and work plans from within a pool of existing and new interim staff.
- Direct liaison with hiring managers and throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Utilise knowledge to meet service level agreements.
- Management of job adverts, job postings and candidate application management
- Manage the full candidate process during the recruitment lifecycle. Conduct candidate screening, scheduling and coordinating interviews/ assessment centres, briefing candidates on the interview process.
- Onboarding of new interim staff.
Key Skills
- Experience working in a client relationship role within recruitment, internal/in house recruitment in Logistics and Production.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Competent user in Microsoft word, Outlook & Excel.
- Ability to pick up new systems easily, accustomed to working digitally using different systems
- Strong organisational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
