We have a fantastic oppurtunity for a trainee administrator to work for one of our small family run business based on the Crossgreen Indutrial Estate in the LS9 area of Leeds. Working as a Trainee Administrator your duties will be as below:
- You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls and you will need to handle and field enquiries and take messages
- General office administration; you will be trained on how to match invoices, book stock in and manage the general office administration for the team that work there. Over time you will be shown how to do more and will be given more responsibility
- You will deal with enquiries and clients via e-mail
- General data entry
- Ordering office requisitions
- Photocopying, filing and scanning
- Sorting and distributing post
The right candidate does not need to have relevant experience as this is a trainee role however experience in customer service roles will be advantageous. Please note that you will need to pass a basic attention to detail test to be able to be put forwards for the role.
The role is a 42.5 hour working week working business hours Monday-Friday.
This is a fantastic oppurtunity for someone who wants to develop a career in admin within a friendly and local business. This is a temp - perm role and therefore you will need to register with us in our Leeds City Centre Office.
