Caretaker/Facilities Assistant

Manpower are currently recruiting an Facilities Assistant for the NHS to help with the following:

Performs work of a routine complex nature. Responsible for routine checks and planned maintenance activities on mechanical, Electrical and Building fabrics as directed by management. Ensuring compliance with Trust safety standards and procedures. Taking all safety measures to prevent danger, avoid injury and prevent damage to equipment.

Carry out tasks and inspections on are required within the Royal Papworth Hospital site and associated properties, with supervision by qualified craftsmen as necessary in accordance with Trust procedures.

We're looking for someone who can act in a manner that a reasonable person would expect from a member of staff in that pay band as well as to adhere to the Trust policies and procedures

This is a band 4 role, on a temp to perm basis based in Cambridge with occasional work days in Huntingdon or Waterbeach.
