We are currently recruiting for one of newest clients, based in Southampton.
You will be required to work in a highly active and busy vehicle logistic/technical environment the job requires an administration to support the administration manager. To provide day to day administration by demonstrating leadership and ownership to ensure all work is completed to a high standard and on a timely basis.
Overseeing other Admin areas where required.
Liaise direct with core customers on vehicle enquires and updates
Be active in the development and integration of ISO & also consider Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality responsibilities within your daily role.
Responsibilities
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Providing Administration support as and when necessary.
- Monitor customers enquires and requirements, including BCA system updates.
- Ensure that any reports or paperwork required are completed correctly and to timescale.
- Ensure that any other reasonable tasks as outlined by BCA management is completed on time and accurately.
- Deal with customer request on the vehicle services system effectively and within set SLA time constraints.
- Providing Daily/weekly/monthly Statistic's and invoicing logs
- Ensuring vehicles have correct work lines and are in current work centre.
- To assist with the planning and scheduling of the Southampton work requirements
Contact customer and notify them of any problems that have arisen, as and when required, through e-mail or verbally
Requirements
Operations admin is a key role that involves assisting the Admin Manager and Workshop Manger in the running of our busy Southampton Workshop. The ideal person will have a level of confidence, be able to work to critical deadlines in a fast paced and sometimes pressurised environment. Will have an ability to prioritise and collect information effectively and be able to multi-task. Good computer skills with knowledge of manufacturers systems, processes and their demands is desired. Training will be provided where appropriate. A self-motivated individual with strong organisational skills, experience and team player attributes is essential.
