SAP Administrator

We are currently looking for a SAP Administrator for our client in Fawley.

We are looking for someone with SAP experience in purchase-to-pay activities and troubleshooting skills to join our small PtP (Purchase to pay) team dealing with business line issues. You will act as business line contact / interface between the Prague business support team and the site in Fawley.

The role will in time provide a full cycle (from purchase to pay) resolution service to the manufacturing, technical and shared service departments:

• Assessing complaints from the vendor
• Progressing workflow in the business line
• Liaising with Payables Prague to understand payment status
• Involving Agreement owners to manage the vendor
• Working time critical issues
• Working complex process flow/payment issues
• Fields issues and works to resolve to relieve the business line
