Job Description - Digital Marketing Coordinator

Manpower are recruiting a Digital Marketing Coordinator on behalf of a large insurance company based in Huntingdon. The purpose of this role is to; help deploy the client's digital marketing strategy and input into ongoing digital marketing plans, take ownership of their Social Media and paid search offerings, assist the Marketing team in the development of brand and office digital marketing campaigns and to help champion the use of digital marketing throughout the Company.

Required Skills

* Experience in digital marketing and a good working knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics as well as platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
* Excellent organisational skills
* Commercial awareness
* Willing to work as a team, to learn, to grow and to progress
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* High levels of accuracy
* Ability to prioritise a varied workload
* Confident and friendly telephone manner
* Be approachable and helpful to management and other members of staff
* Competent in Maths & English

* Act with integrity at all times when working with stakeholders

Main Duties & Responsibilities

* To assist the Marketing team in delivering the digital marketing strategy with particular reference to paid search and social media management
* To own the client's Social Media and keep stakeholders abreast of developments and changes in best practise and run paid campaigns
* Execute digital marketing tasks and campaigns as required
* To assist with the client's email marketing programme
* Run, with assistance from the Head of Marketing, the client's paid search with a view to quickly becoming the owner of paid search across channels
* Create monthly activity and analytics reports
* To assist the Head of Marketing in digital training, sharing of best practise and, where appropriate, present to stakeholders
* Other duties to assist the marketing department/Company with digital activity
