An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Leading Global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum are currently looking for an Administrator (HR) based at their prestigious facility in Gloucester. This is a full-time temporary role for a period of 6 months, working a 37.5 hour week. This role is paying up to £25,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.
Position Summary
This role is responsible for providing an HR Support Service to the Gloucester Sourcing Unit, acting as first point of contact for HR Operational issues & Managing aspects of payroll administration. The post holder will support the HR team building the capability of the site to deliver on the objective of becoming a World Class Sourcing Unit.
Key Accountabilities
- Within his/her area of accountability, ensure full compliance with appropriate Health & Safety, Environmental, Statutory, Mandatory and Quality standards.
- To work within the UK HR Operating Framework to identify and action HR interventions that are appropriate to the business need.
- To support administration of the weekly payroll and monthly payroll data transfer.
- To ensure the effective administration of those terms and conditions for Work Level 1 employees not administered by People Operations team due to non alignment with our clients standard T's & C's
- To provide an HR support service for the site, including the provision of Management data and the administration of the interface between the site and 3rd party service providers for items such as temporary labour.
- To act as a first point of contact for Line Management in attendance, discipline and grievance issues.
- To work with the Site Management, Peoplelink and the UK Business Unit HR community to ensure the optimum use of HR Shared Services at Crumlin and their continued integration as 'business as usual' on site.

- Good administration experience essential
- HR Process knowledge desirable

- Training Administration
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Pivot tables essential
