Admissions Officers

Manpower is currently recruiting several temporary Admissions Officers to join the current team in Oxford for a 3-month period. Our client is one of the world's largest and most successful education providers, offering life-changing study opportunities to tens of thousands of students and professionals every year.

We are looking for highly motivated people to join the current admissions team, where you will be responsible for assessing and processing the university applications that they receive from potential students throughout the world. An understanding of the importance of excellent customer service, an ability to follow a detailed process, a strong work ethic and an ability to work as part of a team are all key elements of this role.

Key elements of the role include ensuring that:

• Student applications are responded to in line with defined service level agreements
• Applications are assessed accurately and in accordance with the latest admissions requirements
• Agents and students are always updated and kept abreast of developments

Requirements:

• Experience in a process driven, customer focused environment
• Proven ability to organise own workload and to cope with a variety of task demands
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal and written English language communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy skills inclusive of competence with Outlook
• Ability to follow process
