Our client supports over 300,000 government employees with a range of queries regarding pay and pensions. The operation is open 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. You will be working 37.5 hours per week however our client also operates a flexible working policy.
As an administrator you will require a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational and time management skills along with the ability to work to targets. You should also have a good basic knowledge of IT systems and be confident in using Microsoft PC packages. Your task will be to support the operation with back office administration tasks. Some knowledge of pensions would be desirable but is not essential as full training will be given.
Initially the roles on offer are expected to last for a period of 6-12 months and they are due to start as soon as possible.
