DocuCare Site Support Engineer
An opportunity has arisen for a new Onsite Support Agent for a major client, covering two sites around the Portsmouth area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the Printers and Copiers are kept to a standard that is set by the onsite line manager, they will also support the field engineers when coming onsite to carry out repairs.
Candidates will ideally be familiar with printers and copiers and have had some hands on experience with use of and able to carry out simple tasks such as Toner and Feed roll replacements. Candidates must have excellent communication, customer service and customer facing skills and be able to use a PC.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Onsite Support Agent will also be responsible for achieving internal measurements and adherence to quality processes within the business. Being a site based role, individuals must be self-motivated and be able to work on their own and as part of a team . As part of the role you will be responsible for managing your daily duties, including customer call processing, spare holding inventory and working on customer's premises within the Health and Safety standards as directed by their Line Manager.
