We are looking for experienced team leader in the recruitment field or in any similar field. You will jump straight into one of our highly functioning teams leading the team to service one of our biggest clients

To support the Delivery Operations Manager and assist the Head of Volume Delivery/Recruitment Delivery Managers in the smooth running of the operational workforce in support one of our biggest clients ensuring workforce productivity is maintained, SLA's achieved, and handling staff queries & escalations. Maintaining and building relationships with external and internal clients whilst always looking at process efficiency's.

This will involve:

• Working alongside the Delivery Operations Manager to ensure that the team is staffed to reflect business requirements
• Proactive review of client requirements, forecast, plan and review capacity and workforce strategy requirements, flagging to the Service / Delivery Operations Manager any risks and contingencies
• Ensuring timely completion of all Video Assessments and handover of successful candidate data to onboarding
• Regular review of dashboards to ensure productivity does not drop and team output is captured accurately
• Prioritising diaries /orders to ensure all Video Assessments are allocated to the relevant/available team members for action within SLA
• Provide standard and ad-hoc reporting as required to support the RPO

Requirements:

• Video Assessment experience desirable, however, phone/face to face interview experience is sufficient

• Experience of volume recruitment desirable
• Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced environment, managing teams of 10-20 heads
