Business Design Lead

Are you an experienced functional systems transformation specialist who can lead the design workstream within an ERP implementation?
Manpower is currently recruiting for a Business Design Lead to work on behalf of our client on a fixed term contract for 24 months initially starting as soon as possible.
The role will report into the People Services Transformation Director and be accountable for the overall detailed process design, including requirements for configuration of HR system.
- To manage and guide the workstream leads who are responsible for specific aspects of the process design
- To manage the provision of the required design information to the Implementation partner
- To facilitate design workshops in partnership with Systems Implementation Partner and workstream leads
We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in a Design Lead role (or systems implementation equivalent) with vast and recent SAP Success Factors experience.
You should also have experience across the full breadth of HCM functionality and the full implementation lifecycle from design to deployment. Experience of HR gained in a Public Sector environment, or large-scale complex organization would be beneficial. Additionally, you will have demonstrable consulting and collaboration skills, able to work with a range of internal stakeholders at all levels.
