Manpower is recruiting for a Customer Service Centre Advisor. You will be responsible for taking inbound technical service calls from publicans and people working in the licensed trade who require immediate assistance with their beer dispense equipment. As their first point of contact, you will be approachable, helpful, and provide a high level of customer service at all times. Working a roster with a standard day of no more than 8 hours, you will work a combination of hours throughout your roster cycle to provide coverage between the hours of 8am to 9pm.

The calls are not about quantity but quality. Not only will you log calls for customers if they need technical assistance, but you will also be provided with comprehensive training on all aspects of beer dispense systems to enable you to provide instant technical advice to callers to assist them in diagnosing simple problems themselves.

Training is provided on site at a purpose-built training centre at Tadcaster with Trainers and Coaches being on hand during the working day to assist Advisors and ensure they always provide excellent support to their customers. They are looking for someone who is:

  • self-motivated, passionate and confident;
  • able to demonstrate excellent Customer Service skills;
  • an excellent communicator with a good telephone manner;
  • PC literate and not afraid of using systems during real time conversations with customers;
  • able to demonstrate resilience and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

An understanding of the licensed trade would be a distinct advantage but not essential.

If you feel you have the experience and skills we are looking for, then we would love to hear from you. Please contact the Leeds Manpower Branch on 0113 2438871 if you are interested in the role.
