Manpower are looking for an Administrator to start ASAP with our Client in Glasgow.
You will be Carrying out various office duties such as answering phone calls, emails and dealing with customer enquiries in a very busy environment.
- Welcoming all visitors to the office
- Answering all telephone calls
- Dealing with all phone and email enquires in a prompt and efficient manner
- Liaising with Clients to assess their needs
- Ensuring all administration is kept up to date
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Admin or data entry experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good computer skills
- The ability to manage a high volume of repetitive tasks to a high degree of accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Have a confident, engaging telephone manner
