Working as part of a busy, fast paced customer enquiry banking team, you will be required to support delivery of 'Best in class' customer service to internal and external customers. The role requires dealing with and providing services via the telephone in relation to queries on Customers' accounts.
You will play an integral part in supporting your team and customers alike, as such you need to be a focused self-starter. If you are driven to go above and beyond what's expected, always professional in your work, and can engage with customers using your strong communication skills, we would be interested in hearing from you.
You will ideally have Customer Service experience within any industry, good IT skills and a clear and concise telephone voice. Previous telephone experience would be advantageous.
You'll be required to work 5 days of 7 hour shifts between the hours of 8am-7pm Monday-Friday. Total hours are 35 hours a week
You will need to be happy to commit to working every Saturday or Sunday, the client does ask for flexibility.
You will receive a structured training programme lasting 4 weeks, with ongoing coaching & development.
A competitive hourly rate of £9.22ph. As a Manpower employee you will receive weekly pay, 33 days holiday, onsite HR support and a range of other benefits.
You must be able to pass our client's pre-employment screening which includes a credit check and 2 years referencing.
