One of the biggest natural gas and electricity suppliers on the market located in Drogheda is currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to assist in the delivery of a wide digital transformation program and new business market entry, and focus on ERP implementation.

Your job will be to:
*Lead requirements gathering workshops with business stakeholders
*Capture business requirements in a thorough and methodical manner in line with best practice.
*Delivering high quality documentation on current & future business processes requirements and associated process workflows in line with best practice industry standards.
*Analyse from initial workshops the effort, time and internal resources required to deliver a comprehensive BRS (Business requirements specification) as an input to the vendor selection process to enable company deliver on its digital transformation program.
*Program managing the overall IT transformation as well as project management of one workstream.
*IT Program/Project manager for the move into new utilities market. Role includes managing suppliers and interacting with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
*Defining systems and processes to manage and report on IT suppliers and Total cost of IT across multiple divisions and multiple categories of spend.
*Analysing supplier spend to eliminate duplication and renegotiate contracts from a per site basis to an all Ireland basis.
*Develop processes to calculate cost benefit analysis of upcoming IT investments.
*Develop processes for managing licence and licence costs and evaluating SAAS and subscription approaches to upfront capital investments.

To be the right fit for the role, you need:
*3 years experience working in similar role
*Significant Business Analysis experience in a senior role
*Strong Analysis and Reporting skills
*Effective Planning and organizing skills
*Experience in working and leading in complex environments with multiple stakeholders internally, from suppliers, from sister companies and with the parent group.
*Strong interpersonal and teamworking skills and positive attitude is paramount
*Strong analytical capabilities, ability to problem solve and balance scope, schedule resources and risk
*Customer centric approach to understanding end users requirements
*Knowledge of IT systems and processes
*Knowledge of the Utilities sector
*Previous experience with ERP implementation desirable.
