Are you a freight forwarding operative? Our client is looking for a candidate JUST LIKE YOU!

The role
To work within our Import OR Export department, based at our Birmingham HQ on the Birmingham Business Park (near to the NEC and Birmingham International Railway Station)

What we're looking for
Strong documentation skills with an understanding of documents required for an export or Import shipment
Understanding of Logistics end to end with experience in the booking process and documentation process.
At least 18 months of experience in deep sea export
High level administration skills
Be self driven and work independently in ensuring deadlines are been met
Be customer facing and deal with issues and provide solutions with the client, and escalate to management when required
