Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- To be the main point of contact for managing and updating membership system
- To communicate effectively on the telephone
- Maintain Database
- To assist with the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working at the customer interface, preferably in a fast moving and multi-cultural environment
- Possess a strong and demonstrable customer service orientation
- Not be afraid to take personal accountability for a variety of some non-routine responsibilities
- Like working within a collaborative environment, whilst having their own unique assignments
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in person and on the telephone
- Be proactive, take initiative, be results oriented and is able to support others
-Be able to multi-task while remaining cool, calm and collected
- Have attention to details and can plan and organise their own work on a daily basis
- Possess excellent office skills
- Be able to organise and maintain database systems.
