Manpower are recruiting a transport administrator on behalf of our client in the Immingham area.
Duties will include payroll, creating reports, dealing with drivers and general administration duties ( data entry / answering the telephone etc.). Experience of Microsoft office is essential in particular MS Excel and Outlook, the candidate must be numerate and confident with use/answering of telephones and able to work within a busy transport environment.
The ideal candidate will possess accurate and swift keyboard skills, be a clear and confident communicator and have a flexible working attitude. You must also have some experience of completing payroll.
The hours of work will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
We would advise a driving licence and your own transport due to the location. This role may become permanent for the successful candidate.
