Sous Chef

Manpower is working on behalf of a busy pub restaurant in the heart of the picturesque village of Clare in rural Suffolk. We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef who is looking for the next step in their career.

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience as a Sous Chef, ideally in a premium pub working to high volume
• Be a great people manager with a focus on training and development
• Have high standards of food hygiene and Health and Safety
• Be passionate and knowledgeable about fresh food and quality ingredients
• Have a strong grasp of stock, GP and labour control
• This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef to join a great pub group.

Livery is an option with this role and can be negotiated if required.
