Mechanical Fitter - Turbines

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Fitter with turbine experience to work for a well-established engineering manufacturer in Leeds.

This is a permanent role and you will be working straight days. You will be part of the team who repair, install and refurbish rotating machinery. Turbo machinery experience is required for the role and you will ideally have previously undertaken labyrinth installation and ideally re-blading turbines. You will be confident with mechanical seal installation, assembly, alignment and dynamic balancing.

To be successful in this role you will be apprentice trained with C & G's or NVQ's. You will also be forward thinking, proactive and with good communication skills. Candidates with pump knowledge will be of particular interest.
