Welder Fabricator

A great opportunity for a either a TIG Welder Fabricator to come on-board and work for a market leading fabrication company based in Ross-on-Wye. This will be a permanent position with a very competitive salary on offer as well as benefits. All work is delivered with stringent quality control to the highest industry codes of practice, both European and UK.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day fabrication of a variety of structural products in stainless steel, mild steels and aluminium. Working on TIG aluminium up to 5mm, stainless 0.5mm-3mm sheet and sections. You must be able to read and fully understand engineering drawings and fabricate steelwork with minimal supervision.

The Requirements:

  • 5 years minimum experience in TIG
  • Coded to EN-ISO / BS-EN or ASME IX standards would be desirable
  • Knowledge of radiographic, ultrasonic, NDT and MPI inspection methods
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawing and process sheets
  • Ability to dress welds to a high cosmetic finish

  • £25,000 - £30,000+ DOE
  • Monday - Friday, 40 Hours Per Week
