An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading utilities supplier as an Administrator Assistant, our client is currently seeking an PA/Team Administrator based in Worsley, Manchester M28. This is a full-time temporary contract for 2 years paying between £19500 - £22950 pro rata, dependant on experience.
Duties and Activities:
To provide administrative assistance across the business area and PA cover when required.
Hours of work: Monday to Wednesday 8.30am - 5pm, Thursday, Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Experience Required
The successful candidate must be able to plan their own workload and balance conflicting priorities with minimal real time supervision. They need to be capable of building and maintaining working relationships outside of their team, have excellent communicative skills both verbally and in written form, showing a good level of numeracy and verbal reasoning.
Completing complaint investigation reports and communicating outcome.
PA cover and assisting the Team with all admin work
Updating reports and trackers.
Printing and collating information.
Managing spreadsheets.
Ordering equipment and purchasing.
Organising events, booking hotels and meeting rooms.
Filling out, tracking, collating and chasing resolution on admin tasks.
Supporting the NW management team with AdHoc requests.
Skills and Experience:
Methodical and tenacious
Strong Typing skills
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to consistently work towards set objectives and tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to ensure that successful
relationships are established and maintained with internal and external parties.
Logical thinking with the ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
A flexible and adaptable approach to the changing needs of the business' health
and Safety obligations
Ability to work alone and as part of a team, in a dynamic environment
Proficient in the use of office applications and company systems including Microsoft Office and extracting and presenting information from data bases.
Experience within the utility industry is preferred but not essential.
