M&E Project Manager (District Heating)
Manpower are currently looking for a M&E Project Manager for a client of ours based in London, SE1. This is a full-time permanent position.
The Role
Our client are a utilities company delivering construction projects across a range of utility disciplines. As M&E Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering the adoption process rom the beginning of the construction process until handover to the Assets team.
During construction, you will be required to complete periodic site visits to check the quality of the installation and ensure compliance with the design documentation and processes. You will also provide guidance in various meetings to the Technical and Business Development team.
You will lead project meetings and liase with staff at all levels internally and externally. You will need to ensure the objectives of the project are achieved considering safety, budget, quality and time.
Salary & Benefits
The salary for this role is £31,500 to £47,900 per annum with a 37-hour working week.

Key Skills & Attributes
To be a successful M&E Project Manager, you will need the following skills & attributes:
- Project experience within multi-utility construction
- Knowledge of District Heating/Cooling networks and associated technologies
- Strong communication skills
- Strong project management
- Knowledge of NEC 3 Engineering and Construction Contract and H&S legislation including CDM
- PRINCE2, APM or similar certificates are desirable
