About the role

My client are looking to recruit a Multi-skilled Vehicle Technician to join the team working within the Metropolitan Police Service contract. The day-to-day remit involves repairing and maintaining police motorcycles (crash repairs to testing) and light motor vehicles.

What do I need to do the role?

You'll need to hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Repair and Maintenance of Motorcycles and Light Motor Vehicles

Would also like you to have experience in all or some of these areas:

• Diagnostic & Test Experience
• Experience of working with diagnostic equipment
• Experience of modern petrol engines
• Ideally, will have Electrical Diagnostic skills
• Excellent time-management skills.

What else do I need to know?

• You will be based in Camberwell (South East London) until October 2019 when the role will move to Rainham (Essex)
