My Client is one of the largest financial institutions in the UK and is seeking individuals who can provide exceptional customer service. They offer a fantastic paid training programme with ongoing support and development.

Working within the New Accounts department you will deal with the opening of all personal and commercial credit cards for a range of different customers. You will be responsible for:

* Display a professional telephone manner with both internal/external customers

* Answering queries relating to new credit card applications e.g. Where are they up to in the process, changing details, speaking with other departments

* Work as part of a team to achieve team results

* Flexibility to assist other staff in the unit where workload demands are greater

Full time temporary position working 35 hours a week Monday to Friday between 8am to 6pm. This role requires a minimum of 6 months commitment which may be extended. We are looking for candidates to start ASAP

Ideal candidates will have a strong customer service background preferably telephony but face to face customer service will also be considered. A good command of the English language is necessary combined with excellent communication skills and proficient IT knowledge.

My client offers a fantastic paid training programme with ongoing support and development and a fantastic pay rate of £9.47 per hour.

You must be able to pass RBS Pre-employment screening which includes a credit check and 2 years referencing
