Our client, based in Grangemouth, is currently looking for a Receptionist/Office Administrator

Initially, this will be for the next 4 - 6 weeks and has the potential to be ongoing for the suitable applicant

You should have experience of putting orders into SAP system or similar for completing transactions, allocating parts from stock and printing delivery notes.

The role will involve arranging transportation for their goods to be delivered.

A good telephone manner is required and you will also be meeting and greeting clients

Filing and other associated office duties will also be daily tasks.

Hours of work are 08.30am to 5.00pm - Monday to Friday
