Sales Executive

We are currently seeking Sales Executive on a permanent basis, in Nottingham, working 12-8 Mon-Thur and 10-6 Friday, carrying out outbound calling, selling Insurance for life insurance and more, ideally seeking people to start 24/06/2019, for more information please see below;

Role

Outbound calling to customers regarding insurance, The calls are a 3 stage process- stage 1 -intro and change to Law fact finding.

Stage 2 fact find, 2 health check and figures given (sometimes 2-3 options) leave call to check with underwriters. #Stage 3 -read script and close call.

Proving an excellent friendly customer service in a fast paced environment with a dynamic team who are motivated to achieve.

Training and support given:

Initially 3 days of training then a week with hands on coaching and support on the phones

Learning and gaining qualifications- first one is : Protection advisor training after 6 mths- involves revision and exam. (2-day training course) + Mock call

Provide revision techniques using different learning styles

Coaching and mentoring.
