Production Team Leader

My client based in Narborough are currently recruiting for 3x team leaders 3 on nights and 1 on days

12 hour shifts, must be flexible they like to work off a 2 week pattern usually every other weekend you will be required to work

A manufacturing and production background is key to the role although you will be trained on company policies ect

Some daily duties will include:

• Carrying out H&S checks
• Over seeing the quality of production
• Managing costs
• People development/planning
• Shift planning
• Aspects of HR
• Support shift supervisors
• Stick to budget
• Extensive technical knowledge
